Update welcome files (#9)
* Update welcome files - I copied the English README to the English welcome file and improved the typesetting. - For the Chinese file I didn't change much except adding the various links to the community and minor typesetting improvements. * minor changes * minor additions * v1.1.0→v1.1.1 & Mogan Editor→Mogan
